Never Letting Go

MICAH: Ten years ago I fucked up. I pushed the one thing I loved the most away. I watched her run as far as she could. I ruined the love we had. I threw myself into the Marine's thinking I could get her out of my system. That didn't work.

When I came back I got the worst news ever. Or so I thought. Now I'm forced to keep a promise I made and find the one girl that stole my heart.

AUBRIE: We had a love that was stronger than it should have been. He threw it away though. After a series of unfortunate events, I was settled and stable.

Happy? Not quiet but when Micah shows up and rocks my world to the core I'm forced back into my old life. A life I ran from. Now being back in the one place I used to call home, I don't know where I belong.

Review by Barbara

OMG what a fantastic start to a MC series. Just WOW! The author has written a wonderful MC Romance that includes all the things that I check off in a great MC storyline. Hot Alpha Males: check; Strong women lead roles: check, tough MC action: check; suspense: check; action: check; a tight-knit brotherhood: check. Yep this book has it all so like I said, fantastic start to a series.

Micah and Aubrie fell head over heels for each other at a very young age. But when an unexpected turn of events happen, harsh words are spoken and Aubrie runs away from Micah - taking his heart with her. Fast forward 10 years to the present where our story basically begins. Both have moved on but have struggled. When Aubrie’s brother (Micah’s best friend and fellow MC Brother) is killed Micah finds her to bring her home for the funeral. But when he finds her, Sparks fly and not necessarily all good ones. This is their story and it’s a dandy. Especially when trouble finds their door and Micah and Aubrie must deal with the past as well as the present and all the pent up emotions neither knew they still held inside.

2 Thumbs Up for this well written amazing storyline. If you like MC books, I highly recommend Micah and I must say I am looking forward to book 2 in the series: Learning to Love,  which is Bullet’s story.

Learning To Love

Bullet: I fought my way through life. Family was an important part of that. I kept myself away from them not wanting to see the disgust of my father. My club was all the family I needed. When I was taken and forced into a living hell, the one thing that kept me going was the unknown girl next to me. Getting her out alive was my priority. After I do, I have to make the toughest decision of my life.

Trinity: I was never wanted. My father used me to his advantage. I was taken for his debts. I thought I would die. I wanted to. That faceless man that kept me going was all I looked forward to. Until he was gone. When he finds me again, I have to learn to love. Can he be the one to show me how?

Review by Barbara

Another Amazing book in the series. Ms Trejo has written another awesome MC Book. The story is intense, suspenseful, heartbreaking and heartwarming as well. The lead characters, Bullet (Jace) and Trinity (Mouse) are both broken yet so strong.

Bullet and Trinity are taken and held captive for months. Both are tortured and forced to endure inhuman treatment. Their only solace was each other. While they couldn’t see one another, they could hear each other speak and touch fingers through a mouse hole at the bottom of a shared cell wall. They gave each other the strength to carry on one day at a time. But once rescued, Bullet knows he not a good man and definitely not good enough for her, so he leaves her off at the hospital and turns away, devastating Trinity.

But what happens when the MC Clubs learns the danger Trinity is really in? Can they help? Will Bullet step up this time or will his past horrors make him turn away again? Can they truly protect her from the hell that is her life? So many issues are going on. Can these two broken souls find peace again in each other?

This is a Fantastic Book that I would recommend to any MC reader. 2 Thumbs Up and to Ms Trejo I simply say, “Awesome, just Awesome”.

Fighting For A Chance

Dax: I was a fighter. I was good at it. When I met Laura I thought I was having a round of hot sex like usual. When I saw her for who she truly was, I wanted more. A lot more. She had her own problems but I wasn't ready to let go just yet. I'll fight for what I want even if she does push me away.

Laura: I have a past that won't go away. Literally. Hector hasn't gotten the message that I don't want him. A night with Dax turns into more. I didn't plan on it. Every single time I turned around, he was there and I found myself liking it. But Hector remains a problem. A problem that quickly gets out of hand.

Review by Barbara

I know it sounds cliche but I must say this series just keeps getting better. The more we get to know the Knights of Sin MC members, the more we not only understand what makes the club tick, but we start to feel like we are part of the family. And Oh what a hot sexy and hard hitting family it is. They own and protect what is theirs with their entire beings.

To claim Dax is is a Loved and leavem type might be a understatement but one thing is for sure he would never purposely hurt a woman. If anything he would protect any woman who was being abused or mistreated. But never in his wildest dreams would he consider himself a one woman man, no matter how attracted he might be. So what is it about Laura, Aubrie’s friend and coworker that has him in knots. Is it her looks, her personality or the fact she’s got an abusive ex, all the above? Too bad they are like oil and water and life seems to get in the way of him finding out.

The author has written an amazing storyline that is packed full of emotions. Happy/Sad; Heart Breaking/Heart Warming; Tenderness/Toughness; Laughter/Tears - you name it, you will probably feel it as you take one heck of ride with Dax and Laura and the members of the Knights of Sin MC. I can’t recommend this book enough. It is a definite 5 Star read in a 10 Star Series! 2 Hearty Thumbs Up For a job well done!!!

Keeping Faith

Kane: Unhappily married. Yeah, that sums up my life. I messed up with that shit decision. I still have my sister though. When I attend her wedding, I run into an old friend. Ivy. When she admits that she had feelings for me, I take her home like any good man would do. I didn't expect all the complications that came with it though. She was used before me and I want to show her that I'm not the same as him. The problem is, I am.

Ivy: I fought cancer and won. I fought a useless husband and won. When I see Kane again, I lose. Badly. I always had a crush on him when we were kids. I never thought the feelings would still be there years later. One night with him and my world is thrown off balance. His club is his life and I know that. When my cancer comes back in full force, I do the one thing I can. I run. He will chase me. He told me he would. When the tables turn, will I do the same?

Review by Barbara

Oh WOW! This is not only an amazing storyline but the author has some very strong messages woven throughout. Such as not not wasting a single day, as you never know if it just might be your last or if you’ve been given a second chance at life, Live It; don’t waste it on what might or might not happen.

The actual storyline is centered around Kane, a member of the Knights of Sin MC, and Ivy. Ivy is Kane’s sister’s best friend and has been since they were all kids. It had been years since Kane last saw Ivy and both have been through a lot of troubles and heartaches since then. But Kane is WOWed at the woman she’s become and the strength she had to overcome her past. Needless to say he’s is very attracted to her and wants her in is bed ASAP. As for Ivy, she has never totally gotten over the crush she had in Kane years ago and is most definitely attracted to him too. But when tragedy strikes, can these too find the strength to hang onto a budding relationship or do they take the easy way and push the other away?

This is a very emotional read that is only made more so by the club troubles. It seems when it rains it pours but one thing is for sure these guys have each other’s backs and protect what’s theirs, No Matter the Cost. 2 Thumbs up for an excellent book that this reader Highly recommends one-clicking; you won’t regret it. A definite 5+ Star read in a 10 Star series!

One More Try

Dark. Damaged. Out of control.

Darkness has always surrounded me. It’s what I was used to. My past haunts me with every blink of my eyes. I’ve done things that you can not even imagine. One drunken night with Shannon, my club’s president’s niece and I was fucked again. We all knew she was off limits, yet I was the loophole. I wrecked and ruined her thinking my demons would tear her limb for limb. What I didn’t expect was to have feelings for her. What I expected even less was for her to reciprocate those feelings. So many things happen and now I’m seeing her for who she truly is. Now I wonder if she’s just as dark and damaged as I am.

Review by Barbara

Oh my, what an emotional read! I love this series more with every addition. In One More Try the author has written an exciting MC adventure and thrown in a very emotional ride for the reader with Bash and Shannon as well. It’s very well written and fast paced to the point I literally couldn’t put it down until I read the very last word.

Bash’s mind lives in a very dark place. He honestly believes his live is pretty much worthless for anything other than killing and messing up good things. Which of course in his mind includes Shannon. Even though she is pregnant with his child he treats her like crap in hopes of pushing her away and not ruining her with his darkness. But what he doesn’t understand is that Shannon, after all the bad she has been through, needs him. She needs his strength, his power and his control that he has over her.

But then tragedy hits affecting everyone in the Knights if Sin MC, especially Shannon and Bash. This is an extremely emotional and volatile time. Can they come through it and find common ground or are Shannon and Bash lost to a world of pain and darkness? 2 Thumbs Up for this wonderful storyline. Tina a book I highly recommend one-clicking, you won’t be sorry!

Promise of Love

Link: I was a virgin. Yeah, the laugh of the club. It didn't bother me though. I saw the way my parent's and I didn't want to be like that. I love this club. I'd do anything for them. When I met Jordyn, that loyalty was tested. The things that happened between us quickly defined us. I've held out hope that love was out there for me.

Jordyn: I ran from one bad situation to another. When the club I fell into sent me to another to get information, I thought it would be easy. I didn't think I'd fall for the man I was supposed to be spying on. Not wanting to hurt him, I ran. He found me. Now I have to face the music and the man I've fallen for.

Review by Barbara

OMG what a thrilling ending to an amazing series. Ms. Trejo has a writing style that I just can’t get enough of. Her works are always well written, with characters that are so defined you feel like you’ve known them for years and Promise of Love (well the entire Knights of MC series for that matter), is no exception.

They often say it’s always the quiet ones that are the most lethal. I am not sure if that’s completely true with Link but it’s mighty close. Link has been the calming factor, the tech guy that is always watching over his brothers to keep them safe. The one that was always at the clubhouse keeping the ladies calm and protected. The gentle, stable guy that had everyone’s back. That was all true, right up until he was captured and tortured and forced to rape Jordyn, another captured and beaten soul. It was either do the deed or watch her die. And thus their story begins.

Jordyn has been beaten and abused since she was seven by her father. Now as a grown woman she feels pain every time she is touched. She basically lives in a bubble waiting on her father’s next move. When she finally finds a way to escape, she runs right into the hands of Bones, leader of what is left of the Rangers MC. She then becomes their pawn, it’s do as they say or die. Beaten again and thrown into a cell with the Link, all his protective instincts come out, especially when he was forced to rape her. This isn’t Link’s M.O., he doesn’t hurt women and this weighs heavy on him. Link’s MC brothers find them and Link brings Jordyn back to the clubhouse in order in hopes of helping her heal. Has Jordyn finally found the one person who cares? The one person that can make her feel something besides pain? Or do the suspicions of Links MC Brothers, who have her pegged as trouble, pan out? Is Link forced to choose between his family or the woman he has grown to care for?

Unbeknownst to them, Link and Jordyn became the pawns in a very deadly game. A game that could very well get themselves and all their ones they loved killed. I can’t recommend this book and series enough. If you are an MC reader, the Knights of Sin are an Absolute Must Read. As I have said about this series since day one, these are 5 star reads in a 10 star series.

Meet the Author

I am a wife, mother, child chauffeur and author. I love being able to create different characters and spin a web that makes them come together in the end. My books do not stick to just one genre, they span many.

I write about things that are real life situations and fairy tales are not always smooth sailing. My MC books are hard and gritty and they have struggles just like you would in life.

I also have books that are not so in your face. There are several that are good love stories that are fraught with issues that the characters have to deal with.
